About us

Originally established in 2003, our aim is to provide a highly professional, friendly, personal service to everyone with mobility requirements. Our aim is also to be extremely competitive with our prices on all products, when compared with other companies.

The business has continued to expand largely through repeat business and personal recommendation and we continue to see growth, particularly for Scooters, Stairlifts, Electric Beds, and Rise/Recline chairs.

We have been offering mail order to all areas of the UK since 2005 as well as ‘take-away’ stock from our showroom in Swalecliffe, near Whitstable, Kent, which was newly opened in 2008. Here you can see a display of the wide variety of mobility equipment available such as scooters, beds, chairs and stair lifts, as well as a large range of smaller day-to-day items such as walking sticks and incontinence pads.

Our local mobility team headed up by Jill Bacon have extensive knowledge and experience in the retail and mobility sector, gained over many years and are able to provide expert advice.

We are proud to be part of the BHTA (British Healthcare Trades Association) and adher strictly to their Code of Practice. In addition we are an accredited member of the Trading Standards “Buy with Confidence Scheme”operated by Kent County Council.
